Cell Phone GPS Tracking

The ever-increasing use of cellular and smartphones alters the face of security and emergency awareness in the United States. Today, every cell phone made must be equipped with a GPS receiver to more easily locate those that cannot make outgoing calls due to injury or other impairment. With estimates placing over 70 percent of 911 emergency calls coming from cell phones, the Federal
